March 10th Put a six hour timer for my air compressor so that leaks will not cause compressor to run unneeded if a leak were to occur.

March 10th Start the sealing process it seems alot of the sealer was removed during construction so a new layer was needed to be applied. Note the floors dull appearance. Step one is a slight acid wash then a good cleaning with Mr Clean. Then I was ready to roll it on.

Feb 9th Adding the diamond plate this is taking way more time then anticapated first we have to cut the diamond tread to fit secure it loosely then take it apart label it and then take it to be powder coated. My buddy is pure genius when working with steel I owe him a ton.

Jan 28th The epoxy floor starts a 4 day process mon or tues the sample square seems to match well with the gray and painted tread plate need to be carefull of not adding too much red in the floor as it quickly dominates

Jan 10th First had to prime and paint ceiling where the t-5 fixtures will go. Did not want to hold up progress. Semi flat paint on the ceiling so I can finish later without paint lines and having to trim the fixtures in.

Jan 8th and 9th Colors I fought with to go down below the chair-rail The middle[bottom left] gray called Pewter is the winning choice. The cabnets however will be trimmed in the darker gray.

Jan 8th and 9th This wall had to be completed so that hole in the wall could have duct added to it and run 20ft along the wall with a few vents along the way. The reason I choose to do this was no heat waste associated with attic duct.The walls were saned and finished late Monday and installers were coming soon so I worked long hours to clean,prime and paint this wall and also the ceiling above where the duct will go

Oct 28th Was bored so I painted the areas that the boats will sit. They will have dedicated circuit drop down electric cords for on board battery chargers. Waiting for masons to finish wash bay. Then Holmes Concrete will finish interior floor. Also schduled for next week is gas, water and power will be tunneled underground to shop from the house.
